  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • Glaze

Directions

    Beat eggs until fluffy; add fruit cocktail and mix a little. Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan.

    Spread coconut on cake.

    Bake for 25 minutes.
