  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, chilled, flaked and cartilage removed (1 c.)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can grapefruit segments, chilled and drained (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of bottled pepper sauce

Directions

    Alternate crab meat and grapefruit sections in lettuce-lined glasses.
