- 3 1/2 c. fresh fruit or 1 to 1 1/2 cans pie filling
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 9 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and margarine with fork.

2Pat 2/3 mixture into bottom of a 2-quart Pyrex dish.

3Sweeten fresh fruit to taste.

4Add water 1/2 up the bowl of fruit.

5Mash to thicken. Pour thickened fruit into Pyrex dish.

6Sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top.

7Bake in oven preheated to 375° for approximately 20 minutes.

8Serve with ice cream.
