- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 medium banana
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Drain fruit; mix cornstarch and ginger.

2Add to liquid and cook until clear.

3Add fruit and spread in an 8-inch baking dish. Slice banana over fruit.

4Combine oats and melted butter. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.

5Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
