  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 package Knorr(R) Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 red bell pepper large, sliced

    MELT Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes, stirring in garlic during the last 30 seconds of cook time. Remove and set aside.

    PREPARE Knorr(R) Fiesta SidesTM - Spanish Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in peas and peppers during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
