  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 qt. fruit (pears, guavas, etc.)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small)
  • cinnamon spice

Directions

    Melt margarine in baking dish.

    Mix flour, sugar and milk. Pour over margarine.

    Spoon fruit over batter.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
