- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in water.

2Beat egg yolks.

3Add lemon juice, salt and sugar.

4Cook in double boiler.

5Add gelatin.

6Place in vanilla wafer shell.

7Beat egg whites for meringue and brown.
