  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. light rum or rum flavor
  • fresh sliced fruit

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except rum.

    Place in blender and process 45 seconds.

    Chill overnight.

    Add rum before serving.
