- 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice (canned)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Blend sugar and flour; add beaten egg yolks into mixture. Work with fork until all sugar is mixed and smooth.

2Add beaten egg whites slowly, mixing well.

3Slowly warm pineapple juice, a little at a time.

4Add butter and stir.

5Cook over low flame until thick.

6Cool to room temperature then refrigerate overnight.
