Ingredients
- 3 to 4 c. strawberries
- 6 bananas
- 4 large oranges
- 1 lb. grapes
- 6 large apples
- 1 can pears with juice
- cherries with juice (optional)
- 1/2 c. low-fat sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. crushed ice
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Peel all fruits that have skins.

2Remove all seeds and cores. Add all fruits in blender (or if you have a juicer, even better). Once mixed, add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and crushed ice.

3Blend on low speed.

4Add water, if needed.

5Taste; if too sweet, add lemon juice.

6You might want more sugar.

7Great for breakfast. Pour in glass.
