- 2 cans fruit pie filling
- flour tortillas
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Spread 2 tablespoons fruit on each tortilla.

2Roll up and place in pan with seam down.

3Cut in half.

4Mix and heat in microwave the oleo, water and 2 cups sugar until melted.

5Mix well and pour over the tortillas.

6Let sit 2 hours at room temperature.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

8Mix 1/4 cup sugar, nuts and cinnamon.

9Sprinkle over the enchiladas.

10Put back in oven 10 minutes.
