  • 1 can (21 Oz. Size) Apple, Cherry Or Peach Pie Filling
  • 1 package Fajita Size Flour Tortillas (need 8)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    Place pie filling in a tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in an 8x11 greased baking dish. Repeat with the remainder of the filling and tortillas. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over tortillas. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until liquid has somewhat thickened.
