  • 1 cup bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 10 fl oz (1 1/4 cups) fat-free milk
  • 4 tsp. Sugar Free, favorite flavor

    Combine cereal, nuts and 1/2 cup of the milk in bowl.

    Heat remaining milk.

    Spoon GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEE into mug; add hot milk and stir well.
