- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. fruit preserves
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Stir milk, oil and egg in bowl until blended.

3Stir in remaining ingredients, except preserves, and glaze until moistened.

4Put batter in baking cups, drop 1 level teaspoon fruit on center of batter in each cup.

5Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

6Cool slightly.

7Remove from pan and drizzle glaze on top.
