  • 1 large pkg. orange jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping (Dream Whip)
  • 1 can flaked coconut

    Dissolve jello in hot water.

    Add cold water and allow mixture to thicken.

    Drain pineapple and save juice.

    Add drained pineapple, sliced bananas and marshmallows.

    Congeal until firm in 9 x 13-inch pan.
