  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (16 oz.) can or jar fruits for salad
  • 5 Tbsp. orange marmalade

    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in moderate oven at 375° for 20 minutes or until just set.
