Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds or nuts
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. dried fruit

Directions

    Heat first 3 in large heavy pan.

    Stir.

    Remove from heat and stir in next 4 ingredients, stirring well.

    Bake uncovered in 350° oven for about 35 minutes.

    Don't stir the first 15 minutes.

    Then stir every 5 minutes until golden brown.

    Cool, add fruit.

    Store in tightly covered jar in the refrigerator or freeze.
