- 1 small pear, cored and cut in wedges
- lemon juice
- 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks or 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- orange marmalade or pineapple preserves
Directions

1Brush cut sides of apple and pear with lemon juice.

2Alternate the apple, pear and pineapple on four wooden skewers.

3Brush with marmalade.

4Broil alongside fish 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through and slightly tender.

5Turn once. Serves 3.
