Ingredients

  • 2 cans (796 mL/28 fl oz each) diced tomatoes, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 apples, peeled, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 pears, peeled, chopped
  • 2 peaches, peeled, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Kraft Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup pickling spices

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except pickling spices in stockpot or very large saucepan.

    Wrap pickling spices in cheesecloth (or place in diffuser ball).

    Add to ingredients in pot.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Remove and discard pickling spices.

    Cool ketchup to room temperature.

    Transfer to airtight containers.

    Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
