  • 500 ml cream
  • 4 piece gelatine
  • 2 piece vanilla beans
  • 50 grams sugar

Directions

    Cream with sugar and vanilla beans in saucepan and bring it to a simmer

    Let the gelatine in cold water
  3. 3
    Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the gelatine

    Let te gelatine dissolve completely in the room
  5. 5
    Pour the cream into ramekins and leave at least 4 hours at the refrigerator
