  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 medium bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • a sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°; melt butter and stir in sugar and mustard. Heat to boiling; stir occasionally.

    Remove from heat; stir fruit into baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
