- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 3/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/2 cup candied cherry halves
- 48 PLANTERS Walnut Halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add egg; mix well.

4Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

5Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating until well blended after each addition.

6Stir in dates, chopped walnuts and cherries.

7Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.

8Top each with a walnut half.

9Bake 9 to 11 min.

10or until edges are lightly browned.

11Remove from baking sheets to wire racks.
