  • 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 packed cup dried apricots
  • 3 tbsp. golden flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. water

    ["Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until oatmeal and almonds are coarse textured and mixture begins to pull together. Line an 8X8 pan with aluminum foil. Press mixture flat using the bottom of a measuring cup. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Turn onto a cutting board and remove foil. Using a sharp knife, cut into 8 1\" strips
