Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. whipped topping (see Whipped Topping recipe)
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened grated coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 c. cubed fresh pineapple

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.

    Combine orange, banana and pineapple.

    Toss lightly.

    Spoon alternate layers of fruit mixture and orange juice mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover and chill thoroughly.
