- 1/2 c. whipped topping (see Whipped Topping recipe)
- 1/4 c. unsweetened grated coconut
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 c. cubed fresh pineapple
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.

2Combine orange, banana and pineapple.

3Toss lightly.

4Spoon alternate layers of fruit mixture and orange juice mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover and chill thoroughly.
