- about 1 qt. canned fruit (use any type; apples, peaches, etc.)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder.

2Add milk slowly. Melt 1 stick margarine in deep pan.

3Pour batter in middle of pan.

4Drain fruit, cover batter with fruit and cook in oven at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
