  • 2 c. desired fruit
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix fruit, flour, sugar and butter well.

    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Cover with another pie shell.

    Put holes in top of pie with a fork.
  5. 5
    Put several slices of butter on top of pie. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
