  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 to 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. red grape halves
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned; cool.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

    Spread over crust.

    Arrange fruit on top.

    In a saucepan, combine the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.

    Cool.

    Brush over fruit. Chill.
