Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • fruits: pineapple tidbits, kiwi fruit, strawberries, peaches, bananas, mandarin oranges (these are a few I've used)
  • 1 c. pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Mix in a bowl the flour, powdered sugar and margarine with mixer until all crumbly.

    Then press into pizza pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or less.

    Let cool.
