- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- assorted sliced fruit (example: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 1 c. juice from canned fruit (I use liquid from mandarin oranges)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1To Make Crust:

2Mix powdered sugar, butter and flour together. Press into an ungreased pizza pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
