Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • assorted sliced fruit (example: kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 c. juice from canned fruit (I use liquid from mandarin oranges)
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar

    To Make Crust:

    Mix powdered sugar, butter and flour together. Press into an ungreased pizza pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
