- 2 oz. citric acid
- 2 qt. boiling water
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 qt. cold water
- 1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
- 2 small cans frozen orange juice
- 2 (64 oz.) bottles ginger ale
- food coloring (any color desired)
Directions

1Mix citric acid, boiling water and sugar and let stand for 24 hours.

2Add cold water, food coloring, pineapple juice and orange juice to the first mixture and freeze.

3Set out of freezer 4 to 5 hours before serving, then add chilled ginger ale when ready to serve.
