- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 sticks sweet butter unsalted
- 2 egg yolks (reserve egg whites in bowl)
- 2 cups flour
- 3 jars of any fruit pastry
- pie filling
- Sugar
Directions

1In large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter until creamy.

2Add 2 egg yolks, gradually add flour.

3Blend with hands and form into one large ball.

4Wrap with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.

5On a floured board, roll out dough.

6With a knife, make six squares (like a tic-tac-toe board).

7With a tablespoon drop onto one square.

8Roll dough as it looks like a log.

9Dip unfolded side in reserved egg whites and then dip in sugar and lay sugared side up on ungreased cookie sheet.

10Repeat until dough is completely used.

11Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
