- 1 (16 oz.) can any fruit
Directions

1Line cookie sheet with plastic wrap. Drain fruit well.

2(Note: Frozen fruit may be used, thawed and drained.)

3Put fruit in a processor.

4Blend to a fine puree. Spread the puree on the plastic covered cookie sheet, leaving the edges untouched.

5Place cookie sheet in oven at the lowest possible setting (approximately 150°). Leave in oven overnight or all day or until the fruit is dry. Roll up the fruit in the plastic wrap and cut in desired size.
