Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pineapple, sliced
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1 big can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Drain juice from pineapple.

2Cook juice, eggs, flour and sugar until thick.

3Cool.

4Cut pineapple into tidbit size.

5Add marshmallows.

6Drain fruit cocktail and add to pineapple and marshmallows.

7Pour sauce over fruit mixture.

8Stir.

9Whip the cream until stiff and fold into fruit mixture.

10Chill.

11Serves 8 to 10.
