Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pineapple, sliced
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 big can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Drain juice from pineapple.

    Cook juice, eggs, flour and sugar until thick.

    Cool.

    Cut pineapple into tidbit size.

    Add marshmallows.

    Drain fruit cocktail and add to pineapple and marshmallows.

    Pour sauce over fruit mixture.

    Stir.

    Whip the cream until stiff and fold into fruit mixture.

    Chill.
