Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 or 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 c. sour cream

Directions

    Drain first 4 fruits. Combine in large bowl and set aside. In medium mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice for 2 minutes.

    Add sour cream.

    Mix well.

    Spoon over fruit to which apple has been added.

    Toss to coat fruit. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Will keep several days refrigerated. Yields 8 to 12 servings.
