Ingredients

  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • pineapple juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small jello (apricot, peach or orange)

Directions

    Combine juice, beaten eggs, sugar and flour.

    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.

    Add jello and mix well. When cool, pour over fruit that has been prepared in a large bowl. Chill.
