  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. Tang
  • 3 to 6 medium apples, diced (with or without peeling)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 to 10 maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 3 to 4 kiwi, chopped or sliced (optional)

    Drain pineapple juice into bowl. Add pudding and Tang.

    Beat well with wire whisk until thickened and dissolved. Stir in apples first, then other fruits. Keep refrigerated.
