  • 1/2 large pineapple
  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, salted
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  • 14 1/2 oz coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp dried mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp unsweet extra dark Hershey cocoa powder

    Mix the coconut milk, crumbled mint, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

    And chill in refrigerator.

    If you use fresh peel and slice the pineapple.
