  • 21 oz. peach pie filling
  • 16 oz. sliced or bite size peaches
  • 20 oz. pineapple chunks
  • 16 oz. mixed fruit cocktail
  • 16 oz. frozen strawberries
  • about 3 bananas
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, cherry, raspberry or your favorite; I usually use sugar-free)
  • 16 oz. mandarin oranges
  • 16 oz. pears, sliced

    Drain all the juices from the fruit.

    This yields about 3/4 gallon. This amount serves 20 to 25 people.
