  • 1 whole cantaloupe, sliced
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 16 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 medium peach, sliced
  • 16 slices canned pineapple
  • 4 bunches green grapes
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. raspberry yogurt drink
  • lettuce

Directions

    Cut up all fresh fruit.

    Rinse strawberries and grapes. Combine cottage cheese with cinnamon and raspberry yogurt drink. Blend in sliced strawberries.

    Arrange fruit on lettuce lined plates.

    Place 4 ounces cottage cheese mixture in center of each plate for festive, nutritious lunch.
