Ingredients

  • 8 c. apple cubes
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 4 c. seedless red grapes
  • 2 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • pineapple juice (drained from chunks)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Prepare sauce first; dissolve cornstarch in water and set aside.

    Combine pineapple juice, butter, lemon juice and sugar in saucepan, stirring constantly.

    Cook over medium heat until it comes to a slow boil.

    Add cornstarch and cook until mix coats a spoon.

    Cool completely in refrigerator.

    Mix with mayonnaise.
