  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. strained orange juice
  • 4 1/2 tsp. strained lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • fresh fruit or jellied fruit salad

Directions

    Combine flour and sugar; stir in egg, then fruit juices. Cook, stirring, over hot water until thick.
