Fruit Salad Dressing

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 3/4 c. pineapple or apricot juice

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Mix sugar and flour and add to eggs.

    Stir in lemon juice and pineapple or apricot juice.

    Mix well.

    Place mixture in double boiler and stir often until thick.

    Cool; refrigerate.

    Keeps 3 to 4 weeks.

    Mix with thawed whipped topping and serve over salad or mix with fruit salad.
