  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • food colors (yellow, green and red)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lime peel, grated
  • sugar, colored yellow, orange and green

Directions

    Mix thoroughly butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Blend in flour and salt.

    Divide dough into 4 equal parts.

    To one part, work in

    few drops yellow food color and the lemon peel.

    To another part, work in green food color and lime peel.

    To another, work in orange food color and orange peel.

    Leave remaining part plain.

    Cover and chill 1 hour.
