Fruit Slushy Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water
  • 6 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can maraschino cherries (8 oz. size), drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges plus juice
  • 1 large can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can water (rinse orange juice can)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (plus juice)

Directions

    Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes.

    Allow to cool.

    When completely cool, add fruit.

    Freeze.

    Usually ready to serve in 2 to 3 hours.

    (Best if slushy rather than hard frozen.)

    May be frozen in mold and floated in punch.
