- 1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, chilled
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- few dashes of cinnamon or ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. ice cubes
Directions

1In blender container or food processor bowl, combine undrained fruit cocktail, milk, milk powder, yogurt, vanilla and a few dashes of desired spice.

2Cover and blend until combined.

3Add ice cubes; cover and blend until smooth.

4Sprinkle each serving with additional ground cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.

5Serve immediately.
