- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 (2 ounce) can anchovy fillets, undrained
- 1 lemon, juice of
- pepper
- 1 pinch oregano (optional)
Directions

1Wash & cut tomatoes into lengthwise wedges.

2Arrange them on a small platter.

3Place 1 anchovy fillet onto each tomato section.

4Combine oil from the canned anchovies with rest of ingredients.

5Pour over tomatoes & anchovies.
