  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 7 oz frozen strawberries or cherries
  • 10 None ice cubes

Directions

    Puree yogurt, milk and fruit in blender until smooth. Add ice cubes and puree until thick and smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
