  • 1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (bananas, pineapple, plums, strawberries, peaches, pears, berries, etc.)
  • milk, water or juice
  • 1/2 c. plain or flavored yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)

Directions
