  • 1/2 c. large tapioca
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 2 lb. mixed dried fruit
  • 1 orange (juice and grated rind)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen grape juice
  • 2 qt. water (additional, if too thick)
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a large kettle; soak overnight.

    In morning, cook until tapioca is clear.
