- 2 lb. sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skin on for 30 to 45 minutes.

2Let potatoes cool and peel skin off.

3Cut in chunks.

4Combine remaining ingredients, except the marshmallows.

5Put in a square glass or aluminum pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

6Last 5 minutes, top with marshmallows and brown lightly.

7Serve hot.
