  • 2 lb. sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Boil potatoes with skin on for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Let potatoes cool and peel skin off.

    Cut in chunks.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except the marshmallows.

    Put in a square glass or aluminum pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

    Last 5 minutes, top with marshmallows and brown lightly.

    Serve hot.
